At least C4? Install Watchdog Lite and check to see if anything else is eating your CPU... I purchased a Sandisk Class 4 and I'm getting slightly better results, but still experiencing lag when shooting in HD modes. By far the best results I have so far have come from using a Kingston Class 4.  With the Kingston, I have had zero lag on my HD videos so far.
