There are a couple (Screenshot It etc) but they may need a rooted phone.  Another way is to use MyPhoneExplorer which allows you to capture via your PC

Doesn't the new 2.3.5 update have screen shots built in if you have that version?  Hold Power and quickly hit the Home button.

Oooo - just tried it and yes it does save a screenshot. Smiley  You have to get the timing right with a few go's but it does work
